TEACHING SUCKERS A LESSON IN TABLE MANNERS

A poem I wrote, THE KITCHEN SINK COMPARES ITSELF TO YOU, is currently loose and wandering the streets of Turkey thanks to Simon Jacobs at Safety Pin Review and our man in the trenches, Jeremy Reed. More action shots to follow.

EXIT STRATEGIES {I-III} + PROCESS NOTES AT ATTICUS REVIEW

I’m really just blown away by the attention my Gold Wake Press chapbook EXIT STRATEGIES has garnered lately. Atticus Review has kindly chosen to feature the first three in the videopoem series Swoon and I collaborated on, along with our notes on the project. Please join us as we hide from wolves, ravenous seas, and the hulking masses towering across the skyline. Good Friday fun for the whole family, in other words. GO!

EXIT STRATEGIES {II}: WAVE

Welcome to the second installment of the videopoem series based on my Gold Wake Press chapbook, EXIT STRATEGIES. Once again, my thanks to Mr. Swoon for helping me to breathe new life into these words. There is a link at the bottom of the page to the original document; feel free to read along!

Some of you will remember the release of my Gold Wake Press e-chap, EXIT STRATEGIES, last year. Well, Mr. Swoon and I have been busy breathing a little new life into it via a six-part multimedia presentation. Swoon has released the first in the series, which we both hope you enjoy. More to follow!

A WOMAN’S SHOE, AN EMPTY BOTTLE, A SEXTANT BOX

That non-fiction piece I wrote about the time the sky came down to resurrect the body of Amelia Earhart is now live at In Between Altered States. Ok, you got me; it’s (mostly) fiction. Thanks Aleathia!

PLATO’S LOST NOTEBOOKS &OTHER ODDITIES

I have three pieces in the December 2011 issue of NAP: Two in which I translate entries found in never before glimpsed notebooks of an entity known as Plato, and one in which I briefly attempt to explore the dimension found only in the nether-fluorescence found in grocery holes.
